Malvern Hills District Council earlier this month approved a plan for Tenbury Church Of England Primary School, in Bromyard Road, to provide the extension and remove the mobile classrooms.

Planners at the council say the extension will not cause significant harm to the nearby residential amenity.

But the applicant, Diocese of Hereford Multi-Academy Trust, has been reminded to be aware of its obligations towards the public right of way.
