Dog walkers are being warned to keep an eye out for adders at a popular beauty spot.

Teme Veterinary Practice, based in Ludlow, put out the warning after a dog was bitten at High Vinnalls in Mortimer Forest.

They said in a social media post: "Bites like this are very serious and veterinary attention should be sought immediately if you suspect your pet has been bitten."
