Traction engine steam causes Shrewsbury car fire scare

Steam from a traction engine caused a car fire scare in Shrewsbury.

Firefighters were scrambled from the town's station to Meole Brace roundabout at 6.41pm on Friday.

When the firefighters arrived on the scene in response to a call about a car fire they found it was a "false alarm caused by steam from a traction engine".
