Police renewed the appeal just one day later with an updated image as concerns continued to grow.

Oswestry Safer Neighbourhood Team posted on social media that Mr Clift was found by Staffordshire Police in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The post on Twitter said: "Ben Clift our missing person from Baschurch has been found by our colleagues in Staffordshire Police early hours of this morning and returned to his residence.
