Traffic delays as road works begin in Shrewsbury
Traffic delays are likely in a number of areas in Shrewsbury as road works begin.
Two-way traffic signals are in place on The Mount as Openreach erects a new street cabinet.
The work is likely to continue until Friday.
Meanwhile, Severn Trent Water was due to begin road works in Radbrook Road today, which were set to finish tomorrow. Severn Trent Water is also undertaking work in Oteley Road currently, which is set to go on until Sunday.
Multi-way traffic signals are in place in Copthorne Road while Openreach completes work which is due to finish on May 30.
Traffic signals are also in two areas of Mytton Oak Road while Seven Trent Water completes work which is due to finish on Friday.
