Road works in eight parts of Shrewsbury area
Road works were set to begin in eight different parts of the Shrewsbury area today.
Traffic delays are likely in a number of areas including Wenlock Road, London Road, Canonbury, Crowmere Road, New Pulley Lane, Bayston Hill, and Station Road and Wood Road in Hadnall.
Traffic will be controlled around the road works while it takes place.
The majority of the work is planned to take place for a few days, but both sets of work in Hadnall will continue until May 24, where the roads will be closed so resurfacing can take place.
