A woman killed in a crash on the Shropshire/Powys border has been named as businesswoman June Ferguson.

June Ferguson died in a crash near Churchstoke in November

Mrs Ferguson, aged 64, died after her Nissan Qashqai crashed into a hedge less than a mile from the vineyard she owned near Churchstoke.

The crash happened on the B4385, close to the crossroads with the A489 at the Blue Bell Hotel, at around 7.20pm on November 27.

Mrs Ferguson, from Churchstoke, had run the nearby Kerry Vale Vineyard with her husband Geoff, daughter Nadine and son-in-law Dan for around ten years.

West Mercia Police is still appealing for witnesses, and anyone with information can call police on 101, quoting 665S of November 27.
