74 year-old Wendy Jean Davies, of Cwmjenkin Wood, Heyope, denied stealing £37,048.83 belonging to John William Pugh between February 1 2006 and December 31 2009, when she appeared at Llandrindod Wells Magistrates Court previously.
Magistrates declined jurisdiction of the case and sent it to Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court.
A trial was due to be held in February, July and October this year but each time it has been adjourned. Now a new three day trial date has been set for April 15.
Mrs Davies remains on unconditional bail until that hearing.
