A Shropshire hairdressing salon received a surprise celebrity visitor at the weekend as Coronation Street star and former Popstars winner Kym Marsh paid a visit.

The 47-year-old actress is currently performing in the Take That musical Greatest Days at the Wolverhampton Grand Theatre but needed to have her hair extensions removed.
