The first happened on the embankment near to the Eardington station on the Severn Valley Railway.

A crew from Bridgnorth was called out at 2.20pm to deal with the fire, on an 80 metre square piece of grass,

Then, at 2.40pm, a crew from Telford went out to deal with a grass fire at Duce Drive, Dawley.

Both were quickly extinguished and the area made safe.
