The photo was loaned to us some years ago by Mrs Vicky Jones of Wellington and came from her family photo archive. "I think they are friends of my husband's mother Elsie Jones, nee Holding, late of Criftins, Ellesmere, who was a cook at some of the great houses in Shropshire," she told us.
