
NHS England said that three people had died while in the care of Shrewsbury & Telford NHS Trust (SaTH), while the Office for National Statistics (ONS) said another 11 had died in county care homes.
It means that 523 people have now died with Covid at county NHS trusts – 487 at SaTH, 30 at Shropshire Community Health Trust, and six at the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital near Oswestry.
The ONS care home figures, which are released once a week, show another eight people have died in care homes in the Shropshire Council area, and three at homes in Telford & Wrekin.
It means that a total of 268 people have now died in the county's care homes – 198 in Shropshire, and 70 in Telford & Wrekin.
A total of 201 people have also died with the virus in Powys, according to the ONS.
