Jennifer Brown has been elected full membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors after passing her Assessment of Professional Competence examinations at first sitting.

Jennifer joined the Northwich office of Berrys in August 2016 working alongside Graham Bowcock and Frances Buckley to provide expertise in a range of property services, focusing particularly on property sales and advice.

“This is a fantastic achievement as the exams are a very rigorous test of competence, demanding high standards and a dedicated approach to the course,” said Berrys partner Graham Bowcock

Jennifer gained her certificate earlier this month after preparing a lengthy critical analysis of her work and passing an interview and presentation in front of a panel of three chartered surveyors.

“Her hard work has paid off and we wish her a long and happy professional career,” said Graham.

Jennifer is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA) and is a graduate of the University of Wolverhampton and more recently the University of Reading where she gained a diploma in Surveying Real Estate from the College of Estate Management.

She has worked within residential and rural property firms for more than five years and has particular expertise in the sale of residential property in rural areas. She also works across a wider professional services role offering advice on valuations, compulsory purchase and property management.

Jennifer lives at Nantwich and in her spare time enjoys the outdoors, running and horse riding.
