97-year-old man killed in Knighton car crash is named
An 97-year-old pedestrian who died after being hit by a car was today named by police.

Richard Wood died yesterday following the accident on the A4113 Bridge Street in Knighton.
Police were called to the scene between Larkey Lane and Presteigne Road, as well as ambulances and the Wales Air Ambulance.
The road was closed following the accident.
