Christopher Morris, aged 39, had called the young girl into an outbuilding on his farm near Nesscliffe in December 2021.

Telford Magistrates Court heard on Tuesday that Morris twice attempted to kiss the girl, the first time by calling her into the outbuilding and claiming he had something to show her.

Miss Sara Beddow, prosecuting, told the court that the girl managed to avoid his advances and left the shed, but a short time later, Morris called the girl back to the outbuilding.
