Fine for Shrewsbury man caught driving while using his phone
A man caught using a phone while driving and having had his licence revoked has been fined.
Joshua Hems, aged 36, was caught using the phone while driving a Vauxhall Corsa on Battlefield Road in Shrewsbury on December 16 last year.
