Man denies assault and threatening to kill woman
A Telford man has denied threatening to kill a woman and assaulting her, causing actual bodily harm.
Daniel Smith, of no fixed address but formerly of Wellington, is accused of attacking the woman on May 11.
The 38-year-old appeared before Recorder Mr Anthony Warner on Wednesday at Shrewsbury Crown Court and pleaded not guilty to making a threat to kill, a charge of assault and a third charge of causing actual bodily harm.
