Telford man who broke lock on woman's home is handed fine
A man who broke the lock on the door to a woman's house has been fined.

Jakub Winnicki, aged 35, damaged the lock at the woman's home in Telford on September 25 last year.
Winnicki, of Highbridge Road, Hadley, Telford, pleaded guilty at Kidderminster Magistrates Court to one count of criminal damage.
Magistrates ordered him to pay £100 in compensation to the victim and a £135 fine. He must also pay £75 in prosecution costs and a £54 victim surcharge.
