Man caught with tear gas in Telford fined £120
A man caught in possession of tear gas has been fined.

Kieran Elcock, aged 27, was caught with Pava spray - an incapacitant similar to pepper spray, in Telford on February 27 last year.
Elcock, of Sheridan Way, Sutton Hill, Telford, pleaded guilty at Kidderminster Magistrates Court to one count of possession of a weapon for the discharge of gas, contravening the Firearms Act 1968.
Magistrates fined him £120 and ordered the forfeiture and destruction of the spray.
