People are being urged to only call 999 in an emergency, and West Mercia Police say the issues have led to delays in answering some calls.
Action is being taken to try to resolve the issues.

In a statement on Twitter, West Mercia Police said: "We are having technical issues with our 999 calls.
"We are doing all we can to resolve the issue as soon as we can.
"There may be a slight delay in some calls being answered however we are working to ensure this doesn’t affect the service we provide.
"Only call 999 in an emergency."
