Police appeal over anti-social drivers on Shifnal car park

Police are looking for drivers who gathered in a busy car park and played loud music while driving their cars dangerously.

The group of drivers gathered on the car park behind the Co-op in Bradford Street, Shifnal, on Wednesday.

Now police are looking for help to identify them.

PCSO Mal Goddard, of Broseley and Wenlock Safer Neighbourhood Team, said residents had reported feeling alarmed and distressed by the gathering.

“The anti-social driving of cars can be dangerous and the safer neighbourhood team would like to identify the drivers so that they can be spoken to regarding this behaviour,” he said.

“If they do not then curb their behaviour then their cars will be seized by the police and potentially crushed.”
