A number of pyrotechnics were thrown inside the Bloomfield Road stadium as Town drew 1-1.

Police and Blackpool Football Club officials investigated the incidents and today Shrewsbury Town issued the supporter with a three-year ban from attending all fixtures.

Shrewsbury Town chief executive Brian Caldwell said: "The club will not tolerate any use of pyrotechnics by our supporters and we are continuing to work closely with Blackpool Football Club and the police to identify anyone involved in the incidents which affected the good name of our club and supporters.

"We will also continue to work closely with the Supporters Parliament to try and eliminate them from our support."
