Man headbutted in Telford assault

A man was headbutted in an assault in Telford.

The attack is believed to have taken place at around 2.50pm on February 20, between Greggs and Subway, in Church Street, Wellington.

A man walked up to the victim and swore at him, before headbutting him.

The attacker is described as white, middle aged, between 5ft 7 inches and 5ft 9 inches tall and of thin build. He had short black hair and at the time of the assault he was wearing jeans and a blue hoodie.

West Mercia Police are appealing for witnesses to the attack.
