£12,000 cannabis stash found in buckets at Telford house - with pictures

Police today uncovered £12,000 worth of cannabis being kept in plastic buckets at a Telford house.

Police searched an address in Corfield Crescent, Oakengates, and found the stash of loose cannabis in five large black buckets.

A man in his 50s has been arrested on suspicion of producing cannabis.

PC Gareth Bee of the Donnington Safer Neighbourhood Team, who carried out the search, said: "This was following up on a previous drugs investigation in Telford.

"We are always grateful for help from the public in our investigations.
