Telford man admits charge of manslaughter

A Telford man has appeared in court where he admitted a charge of manslaughter.

Neil Hotchkiss, of Stone Row, Malinslee, Telford, is charged with the manslaughter of Scott Taylor on August 17, 2012.

During the brief hearing at Stoke Crown Court yesterday, the 37-year-old spoke only to confirm his name.

Judge Paul Glenn adjourned the case for sentencing, which will take place at the court on January 10.

Hotchkiss was released on unconditional bail until the hearing.
