Mr Roger Price, prosecuting on behalf of the RSPCA, told Telford Magistrates Court that the matter mainly concerned horses and dogs, and related to 28 animals in total in an ongoing matter.

No pleas were taken and the case was adjourned until August 14 when it is due to be heard by District Judge Nigel Cadbury.
