Shotguns and ammunition stolen from house near Bridgnorth

A number of shotguns and ammunition have been stolen from a house near Bridgnorth.

Five shotguns were stolen from the house in Kinlet between 6pm on June 22 and 9.30am on June 23.

The guns are a Belgian .410 single barrelled shotgun, serial no - 15323, a Belgian .410 single barrelled shotgun, serial no - 5226, a BSA 12 Bore single barrelled shotgun, serial no - A160405, a Midlands gun co 12 bore single barrelled shotgun, serial no - A340760, and a Russian .410 single barrelled shotgun, serial no- H17290.

Police are appealing for any information relating to the burglary, if you witnessed anything suspicious in the area around the time of the incident or have had anyone try to sell you one of these guns call West Mercia police on 101 referencing incident 0212S of June 23.

Elsewhere firearms and a shotgun were among items stolen from a house in Claverley.

The house in the Heathton area was broken into between 9am and 2.30pm on July 6.

Unknown offenders have forced entry to the property and have taken a number of items, including two firearms- a Beretta shotgun, serial no. F01196B, and a Bernardelli shotgun, serial no. 023976, a TV, small electronic devices and jewellery.
