Ludlow-based Blocsphere, which provides block property management services to residential and commercial clients throughout the UK, is looking for a property administrator and sale support administrator.

After starting out over eight years ago by founders Ashley and Joy Davies, the company said it plans to become the number one property management company in the UK.

Indie Oliver, partnership operations manager, said: "To achieve this goal, we are undergoing a period of unprecedented growth and we now have many exciting vacancies available at our head office in Shropshire or remotely across the UK. We currently have several different level two customer service opportunities at our head office."

The property administrator will focus on helping its local property managers with administrative tasks and the day-to-day running’s of the properties that it manages, ranging from gaining quotes, to booking in maintenance, and ensuring compliance with lease.

The sale support administrator will focus on helping property managers secure new business leads, by producing quotes and composing contracts.

Passion for property

Indie said: "We have always looked to incorporate apprentices into our teams, whether that be to help with maintenance, assisting property managers or working within the accounts department. Our apprentices are able to get involved with a number of different teams at our head office and make the most out of on-the-job learning.

"Over the years, we have had business administration apprentices, and also, more recently customer service and IT support apprentices.

"Currently, our newest apprentice Tara is doing a level two customer service as a part of her role as property administrator, and she is due to be joined by a new property admin later this month, who will also be completing a level two customer service based apprenticeship.

"Also starting soon, we have an IT apprentice who will be completing a digital support technician qualification, and will be supporting our property managers with ensuring our systems are working to the best standard."

Indie added: "We like to help people with a passion for property get a foot in the door for this industry and gain experience, whilst learning valuable and transferable skills.

"We pride ourself as being a company who is here to help apprentices gain quality work experience and then use that in practise, which is why we have full time positions available for apprentices following completion of their qualification."
