Champion & Reeves, which is based at Battlefield Enterprise Park in Shrewsbury, wants to strengthen its team with a new manufacturing apprentice.
The manufacturer makes luxury confectionery which are all 100 per cent natural with no artificial additives or flavourings and are gluten free.
The products are sold nationally and internationally including all the UK royal houses such as Buckingham Palace.
Jacqueline Champion, director at Champion & Reeves, said: “The apprentice will become part of the skilled team who manufacturer the beautiful confectionery.
“The apprentice will gain all the skills required and be part of our expanding business.”
Matthew Woodhead, director at Woodhead Consulting, introduced Jacqueline to the Ladder for Shropshire to provide impartial advice about recruiting an apprentice.
Amanda Carpenter, project lead of the Ladder, said: “I was very happy to talk to Jacqueline to discuss apprenticeship opportunities in the business and support her on this journey.
