The Telford company, which employs about 200 people in the town, recently opened a new factory in the Russian capital, adding to others in Guadalajara in Mexico, Turkey, and a distribution centre in Cape Town in South Africa.
Now it is looking to expand overseas again as the company's international sales continue to grow.
It comes as the company is also preparing to add to its manufacturing space at home in Telford, where it develops new products for the food and healthcare sectors.
Managing director Simon Balderson said: "We build the machines here for Russia, and out business is build around the fact that we can do that.
"It makes it quite easy to expansd as they buil d machines to ship to new locations.
"Telford is important to us. This is our major factory, and we are planning to increase the size by expanding into new locations.
"We are already a bit employer with about 200 people, and we intend to be a major employer, growing our business significantly here."
Sirane has grown a reputation in the sector with some innovative products which have come down the line, and the company says it looks for people who work under their own steam and innovate in their own way when expanding the business.
On the medical side that has included producing an absorbent floor mat to be used by surgeons which spent just months in the development room.
The company's food side has also produced innovative items, including cooking bags for fish and meat which can be thrown straight onto barbecues, and padding for meat packets which absorbs smells.
Mr Balderson added that working in international markets is a productive area for Sirane.
"We know the market is enormous and the opportunity is huge," Mr Balderson said.
"We look to make it difficult as we know we can do the difficult stuff. The next one is Poland which by our standards is quite straightforward.
"All my efforts from the growth side of the business are to grow as an international business we we will be a bigger and bigger international company based here in Telford.
"We have a good American business, have plans in South America and are doing quite a lot of work in Asia and Australia.
"We are very internationally-minded as a company and always have been. We like to hear global languages used here and everything we do is internationally minded."
