Plans lodged to turn south Shropshire gym into house

The Fitness And Nutrition Clinic currently occupies the first floor of an outbuilding within the grounds of The Manor House off Ludlow Road in Little Stretton, near Church Stretton.
Permission to use the site as a gym was granted back in February 2006.
According to recently submitted documents, the owner "no longer requires the commercial use" and has applied to Shropshire Council to use the building for residential accommodation.
Documentation also states that there are no existing employees on the site.
The proposed development would see the unit turned into a one-bedroom property, with no exterior alterations planned.
