West Mercia Police said officers have been undertaking investigative work after reports of "vehicles causing antisocial behaviour" (ASB) in Muxton, Donnington and Priorslee.
The force said several drivers have now been issued with advisory notices.
PC James Fox said: "Officers from the local Safer Neighbourhood Team were provided with locations of where vehicles would meet and potentially cause ASB with their vehicles.
"Investigative work and patrols have been conducted in those identified areas. Unfortunately, at times, we have been unable to evidence any offences, however, we have been able to obtain some useful information and identified some vehicles which may be involved in the reports made, although we may not be able to identify any specific involvement of individuals committing offences, we have still taken positive action by issuing advisory notices to drivers seen in the area.
"The advisory notices have been used as an educational reminder and deterrent to drivers about road traffic offences."
Additionally, on Saturday night (February 1), officers from the Roads Policing Team seized a vehicle after it was spotted "being used in an antisocial manner".
PC Fox said: "The driver of the vehicle was one of those who had been given an advisory notice, unfortunately they did not take on board the advice given to them. Too many people are losing their lives on our roads, and West Mercia Police are committed to making our roads safer for everyone."
The officer is reminding residents of 'Op Snap' - an online portal where members of the public can upload dash camera footage of driving offences or ASB directly to West Mercia Police.
