Firefighters were called to an 'out-of-control' bonfire consisting of commercial waste in Newport.

The Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service received a call at 1.50pm reporting the incident on Walnut Tree Lane.
One fire crew was sent from Newport Fire Station to the scene.
The fire service reported that the incident involved "one bonfire consisting of commercial waste which was out of control".
Firefighters used one hose reel jet, rakes, shovels and drag hooks to extinguish the fire.
A thermal imaging camera was also used to check for any remaining hotspots.
The incident was udner control by 2.50pm.
