The "rare" plot on High Street in Coalport, near to the Ironbridge, has hit the market for £125,000 with Nock Deighton, Land and New Homes.
The development site is the former overspill car park for the Coalport China Museum, and is a total of 0.77 acres in size and includes a public footpath that has been taken into account during the planning process.
The land has gained planning permission for two semi-detached houses, both to be more than 100 sqm in size making for "spacious" three-bedroom layouts.
