South Shropshire golf club given permission to trim 24 trees and fell another over car park risk
A golf club has been given permission to carry out work on a number of beech trees.
Church Stretton Golf Club had applied to Shropshire Council for permission to trim a total of 24 beech trees, and fell another.
The trees concerned are not covered by tree preservation orders, but do sit within a conservation area - hence the requirement for the planning application.
