New discount clothing store opens in Newport
The owner of a new shop in Newport has spoken about why he is on a mission to save the country's high streets.
For many years, the Catalogue Surplus Centre on St Mary's Street in Newport offered clothing and footwear for discount prices.
The community was shocked when the popular store went up for sale and closed earlier this year.
But this week has seen the opening of a new clothing surplus store, Hanger, under the management of 36-year-old Jess Bhandal from Wolverhampton.
