New firm to run council houses
Thousands of council houses in the Bridgnorth area will be managed by a new company from the start of next month.

Details of how the organisation will operate were agreed yesterday at a Shirehall meeting yesterday.
The Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing organisation will come into being from April 1.
It is being set up by Shropshire Council at a cost of £150,000.
It will be responsible for 4,200 properties in the Bridgnorth and Oswestry areas.
