Sky Reach in Telford Town Park will open from Friday

The Sky Reach course in Telford Town Park is set at two levels, the highest being 10 metres off the ground.

Action-filled sessions start every half-hour, from 12.30pm this Friday to April 18, and cost £10 per person.

Alterations have been made in line with Government coronavirus restrictions to keep everyone safe but retain the fun and adventure.

Limits on group sizes and social distancing rules will be in place, along with regular equipment sanitisation.

Councillor Eileen Callear, Telford & Wrekin Council cabinet member for leisure, culture and visitor economy, said: “The Sky Reach high ropes are perfect for thrill-seeking families this Easter.

"The high ropes will test the nerves, burn off energy, and push physical and mental limits of anyone who gives it a go.

"People will be in good hands.

"The Sky Reach team will encourage participants to face fears so that everyone can discover what they are truly made of.

"The high ropes finale is the quick jump which never fails to deliver a heart in the mouth descent to the ground.

"As well as Sky Reach, there are other activities for all the family in Telford Town Park – sand play areas, jungle gyms, monster climbing frames, adventure golf and Frisbee golf courses, games courts, and waymarked wildlife walks."
