Jennifer Aniston has hinted at the possibility of a Friends reunion, almost 15 years after the show ended.

The star of the hit sitcom, which ran from 1994 to 2004, has left the door open to a revival.

Appearing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, she performed the same hand clap used at the beginning of the Friends theme song.

Aniston replied: “Anything is a possibility, Ellen. Anything.

“I mean, George Clooney got married … that’s like an anything can happen.”

Aniston’s co-star Lisa Kudrow has previously dismissed the idea of a reunion with Courteney Cox, Matthew Perry, David Schwimmer and Matt Le Blanc.

Asked if she thought it would ever happen on US breakfast show Today, she said: “Me personally? No. But we have convened, privately, for dinner, and it was great.

“I don’t see it happening. It would be fun, but what would it be about? Think about it…

“The thing we liked best about the show was that they were 20-somethings and they were their own family. Now, they all have families, so what are we going to watch?”
