Black Stone Cherry to play Birmingham next week

Kentucky rockers Black Stone Cherry will bring their new headline tour to Birmingham next week.

Formed in 2001, the quartet are best known for songs such as Blame It on the Boom Boom, Lonely Train, Me and Mary Jane, and White Trash Millionaire.

The group has released six studio albums as well as three EPs, and have charted eight singles on the US Mainstream Rock Tracks charts.

Their latest album, Family Tree, was released this year through Mascot Records.

Earlier this year, the band played Download Festival at Donnington Park alongside the likes of Guns 'n' Roses, Avenged Sevenfold, and Birmingham metal icon Ozzy Osbourne.

They will be supported by The Cadillac Three and Monster Truck at the show.

Black Stone Cherry will play Arena Birmingham on December 11.
