The 68-year-old singer/songwriter has sold more than 50 millions records, and is known to be the first female bass player to become a major rock star.

Les McKeown's Bay City Rollers rose to fame when they released their debut single Keep On Dancing.

This hit was followed by the likes of Remember: Sha La La La, Shang-A-Lang, Summerlove Sensation, Bye Bye Baby, All Of Me Loves All Of You, and many more.

Yorkshire rockers Smokie are best known for singles such as Needles And Pins, Lay Back in the Arms of Someone, and Living Next Door to Alice.
