Houses can be as much of the story as the characters but can you remember which address marries up to these titles.

From the architectural gem described in JP Delaney’s The Girl Before to the familiar-feeling home in Kate Atkinsons Life After Life, a novel’s settings can add as much to a story as any character.

It’s hard to separate Wuthering Heights from the Yorkshire Moors or Jay Gatsby from his mansion in The Great Gatsby.

But for all its importance can you remember the address in a selection of novels? From childhood favourites to classic literature and recent bestsellers we think, there’s at least one title here which everyone will get. Good luck.
