Vegan and vegetarian food fairs are coming to Newport

Activities are being lined up by A Very Vintage Events for the autumn after the success of the Vegan, Vegetarian and Coeliac Fair held in Newport on Saturday.

Traders from across the Midlands took part in the event held at Cosy Hall. They specialised in cakes, savouries, crafts, jewellery, skincare, nutrition and more.

The event was attended by representatives of Shropshire Vegan Society, and visitors could taste products and see demonstrations as well as check out the stalls

The day was the brainchild of Sarah Lewis of Lily’s Secret Vintage Tearoom and Kerry Adams of Arbonne.

The organisers said: “We are now planning two autumn dates for similar events.

“One will be held in Newport and one will take place in the Shifnal area.”

Traders can express an interest by contacting the duo on 07964 038546, or by emailing averyvintageevents@gmail.com,
