The 'Quintessentially English Garden Day' will be held at the Dorothy Clive Garden near Market Drayton on June 20, Covid restrictions allowing.

The garden's tearoom will be offering a takeaway service and 'Dorothy’s Picnics' will be served between 12pm and 3.30pm.

A statement said: "Join us as we celebrate everything about the garden. Enjoy the musical entertainment on offer as you take a stroll around the garden.

"Then enjoy a drink, a bite to eat, a Dorothy's Picnic or one of our freshly baked scones with jam and cream whilst relaxing on the tearoom lawn.

"There will also be a vintage car display on the paddock area."

A fee is required to enter but visitors can pay on the gate. Adult entries will cost £9 and children under 17 can go for £2.
