Visitors in for a 'tweet' for Birdwatch
Staff at the South Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre at Craven Arms will be celebrating the RSPB Big Garden Birdwatch on Saturday.
Visitors will be treated to a day dedicated to birds and all things flying.
They can get up close to Chris Neal’s Birds of Prey, watch flight displays and get photographs with them to take home.
Other attractions include Chelmarsh Owl Sanctuary, Butterfly Conservation and the British Dragonfly Society.
The centre’s award winning cafe will be serving delicious bird-themed treats alongside the usual menu.
And to round off the day, there will be a showing of the animated film Christopher Robin in the centre’s cinema. The film starts at 5.30pm with themed crafts, refreshments and a licensed bar available from 4.30pm. Adults £5, children £3, families £15, and booking is advised.
