The Britain's Got Talent star and synchronised swimmer makes a dazzling silver screen debut in the new Disney film The Muppets Most Wanted.

It is a dream come true for the 30-year-old, from Telford, who found fame as one quarter of the Britain's Got Talent act Aquabatique.

And it was part of a hugely successful few months for Zoe, who is also the business manager for the Swimming Teachers' Association based in Walsall.

Her busy workload has included modelling swimwear for Stella McCartney during London Fashion Week as well as appearing with Patrick Kielty on Sport Relief and Tom Daley on ITV hit show Splash.

But the highlight of her year – and her career so far she says – is her role in the new Muppets film which was released yesterday and which also coincided with her first wedding anniversary.

Zoe, who is also a member of the synchronised swimming team Aquabatix, features in the movie's glittering grand finale.

It also stars Miss Piggy, dancers and a host of other synchronised swimmers in fuschia pink swimsuits and floral caps.

Zoe says she has yet to see herself in the movie – but hopes to change that this weekend.

She says: "I have only seen the trailer so far, so I can't wait to see it at the cinema. I am really excited.

"I am only in it for about five seconds but it took two days to film and we rehearsed for three days.

"We are in the big finale scene and features Miss Piggy as a mermaid.

"It was very Disney, all glitzy and glamorous and I was so starstruck with the Muppets. I was more starstruck meeting Kermit the Frog than I was meeting Simon Cowell!"

She adds: "It is every girl's dream to be in a Disney film. We couldn't believe it when we were asked. It is a massive privilege.

"All of the Aquabatix girls said it was the biggest achievement that we have done. A dream come true to star in a Disney film."

Zoe has also just appeared on Sport Relief with presenter and comedian Mr Kielty as part of his synchronised swimming challenge against Radio One presenter Greg James.

"We performed in the Aquatic centre and the atmosphere was unbelievable," she says. "Patrick did really well and we won. And Greg James is now a Aquabatix fan mentioning us on his show!"

As part of Aquabatix, Zoe has also featured in the Bombay Bicycle Club's new music video called Luna.

Itz has now reached over one million YouTube hits.

And another highlight was appearing on the whole of the last series of Splash with Olympic diver Mr Daley.

"This truly was the most amazing experience of my life," says Zoe, who is married to footballer Andrew Reeve.

As well as her day job, Zoe is also currently squeezing in rehearsals for the launch of a swimwear range for a major high street brand.
