A tiny north Shropshire village which has been without a shop for about 10 years could soon have a replacement under major plans which could cost £120,000.
Developers have withdrawn plans for new homes in a small village near Whitchurch after residents launched a petition opposing it. Shavington Farm Partnership hoped to build 16 homes at Church Farm, Calverhall.
