Doyle insists Wolves can beat the Baggies
Friday 14th October 2011, 11:51AM BST.
Kevin Doyle today insisted Wolves are ready to put a match under their Hawthorns hoodoo on Sunday – quite literally.
The £6.5m striker had never played in a derby before the 1-1 draw in the Black Country dust-up at Albion in February.
But after hearing how one Wolves fan bizarrely burns his shoes every time he sets foot inside the Baggies ground, Doyle was left in no doubt as to the intensity of the rivalry as Mick McCarthy’s side aim to end their 15-year winless streak at the Baggies.
Since promotion to the Premier League, Wolves have won just two out of 13 games after international breaks.

Wolves to beat the Baggies!? We have no chance! The last 4 games has shown that we are just not good enough and never will be for the premiership.
We would rather spend money rebuilding a ground which did not need it and with will remain predominately empty if we ever get it finished!
