Zubar ready for derby; Ebanks-Blake still uncertain
Wednesday 12th October 2011, 11:00AM BST.
Wolves defender Ronald Zubar was today declared ready for Sunday’s Black Country derby – but Jody Craddock and Sylvan Ebanks-Blake may have to wait a while longer.
Zubar looked sharp as he completed his third comeback game since a groin injury in last night’s 2-1 reserves’ defeat against Villa at Molineux.
“Zubar’s fit and ready to play – it’s just up to the gaffer if he selects him,” said development coach Steve Weaver.
Craddock played the full 90 minutes and Ebanks-Blake 77 minutes in their first appearances since the 4-0 Carling Cup win at Northampton on August 23.
