Striker Steven Fletcher is ready to remind his Wolves team-mates of his Burnley days if any of them start getting carried away with the team’s unbeaten start.
The late hero of last season’s survival rescue is relishing the seven-points-from-nine opening which has lodged Wolves in fifth spot in the Premier League.
But Fletcher is also mindful of the catalogue of Premier League clubs who have come a cropper after making a flying start.
“I was at Burnley when we made a good start and still ended up being relegated so there’s no way I’m looking into our position too much at this early stage of the season,” said Fletcher.
